BOILER REPAIRS – FROM £85 PER HOUR + VAT

No heating or hot water? Strange noises or pressure issues? We’ll diagnose the fault quickly and get your boiler back up and running as soon as possible. We aim to fix most issues in one visit. If parts are required, we’ll advise you on cost and turnaround before going ahead.

GAS SAFETY CERTIFICATES (CP12) – FROM £85 + VAT

Landlords are legally required to have gas appliances checked annually. We offer full gas safety inspections and issue your CP12 certificate within 24 hours of completion.

Inspection of boiler, hob, gas fire and other appliances
Flue and ventilation checks
Gas leak and carbon monoxide testing
CP12 certificate issued digitally or in print
