After the inspection, we’ll issue a CP12 certificate promptly — usually within 24 hours — to confirm your property has passed all required gas safety checks.

Whether you manage a single property or a portfolio of rentals, our qualified Gas Safe Registered engineers will carry out a full inspection of all gas appliances, pipework and flues, and issue a clear, easy-to-understand certificate on completion. We can also carry out boiler servicing during the same visit if required — just let us know when booking.

What is a CP12 certificate?
A CP12 is a Gas Safety Certificate that confirms your property’s gas appliances have been inspected and are safe. It’s a legal requirement for landlords in the UK.
How often do I need a Gas Safety Check?
You must have a Gas Safety Check completed once every 12 months and provide your tenants with a copy of the certificate within 28 days.
What happens if my property fails the check?
We’ll advise on the issue and what’s needed to put it right. In many cases, we can carry out the necessary repairs or servicing promptly.
Can I combine this with a boiler service?
Yes – we can carry out a full boiler service during the same visit for convenience. Just let us know when booking.
Do you offer checks for multiple properties?
Absolutely. We work with many landlords and letting agents across London and the South-East to manage safety checks across multiple properties — efficiently and with minimal hassle.
